Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and ensuring a positive experience. Whether it’s answering questions, troubleshooting issues, or resolving concerns, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to roofing services, including scheduling consultations, providing estimates, and explaining services.

* Assist with processing customer orders, changes, and follow-ups.

* Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers via phone, email, and chat.

* Handle customer complaints and concerns, offering appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system.

* Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer issues effectively.

* Follow up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

* Help in organizing and maintaining the customer database, ensuring customer information is up-to-date.

Qualifications:

* Experience:

* At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred.

* Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.

* Education:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once.

* Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations.

* Proficient with computers and CRM systems (prior experience with customer service software is a plus).
